Yesterday and today DS is beyond gassy and absolutely miserable. I'm thinking maybe it's the food I eat that's agitating him. What do you ladies eat? The dr told me no green leafy veggies, no dairy.. I'm so confused on what I CAN eat. I always ate dairy and salads, broccoli before I was pregnant. Now i'm at a loss and kinda upset. I was really looking forward to eating healthy again and losing a lot of weight. can anyone tell me what you typically eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner? thanks so much!
