i called the car seat inspection place....
and there is no one there and had to leave a message.
and no one has called back. and dh did as well and no response either. its the one in hicksville.
just in case they dont call back soon....any other places i can go???? i called local fire house and they just referred me to hicksville

they'll call back. it's a nassau county office so just give them time. if they don't call back by tomorrow at this time, call them back. there is one day they are closed so maybe it's today.

The number is 516 571 9664.... I've called 3 times over the last month and haven't gotten a response. Today I got a voicemail again but the mailbox is full! This is for the Nassau county traffic safety board....

Thanks, I actually found the number by using the above link and got the same message - that the mailbox is full! Ugh, this is what I get for waiting til the last minute!

I know many of you are in Nassau, but Hassel Auto Body does it in West Babylon if you have no other choice.

keep trying Yesi, you'll get someone and get an appointment, i promise!! i have never had an issue getting a return call or an appointment.

Just wanted to update that I got a call the next day I believe and they were nice enough to squeeze me in before my due date. I went on Friday and it was very quick and I'm happy both seats are installed correctly!
