Looking for yoga sites for a preggo friend
My gf is 5 1/2 months. She's asking me about yoga poses and classes (I love yoga but have NO clue about pregnancy safe poses, I know the ligaments are much more lax so i dare not give her any reco's).
She lives in Orlando.
Any websites or advice is appreciated!

This is where I used to go, she has a ton of articles and videos on her site.
