HALO Swaddle Sleepsack - ETA It worked great!
Does anyone use this? Would it be a good transition item? My DS is way too big to be swaddled but he keeps waking himself up in the regular sleep sack.
ETA: We used it last night and it was perfect! He didn't wake himself up!

Re: HALO Swaddle Sleepsack
Yep we used this and LOVED it. DD slept in it for a LONG time. Then we took off the wrap part and used it as a sleep sack. Great for transitioning

Re: HALO Swaddle Sleepsack
It's probably great for a baby that likes to be swaddled. DD unfortunately didn't so she didn't like that either.

Re: HALO Swaddle Sleepsack
I sooooo wish they made that in my DS's size! They only make the armless version in Large, which is pointless to me!
Right now, I'm letting my DS transition by just letting one arm poke out of the top of his swaddle. Some nights, he works the other one out by morning. But when I put him in without ANY swaddle, he flails all over the place and doesn't get a good night's sleep.

Re: HALO Swaddle Sleepsack
We use this! DS needs to be swaddled or its a mess. Unfortunately, this only comes in NB and SM, so I don't know what we'll do when he doesn't fit in there any more! Right now he's prob about 25.5 inches, and could prob go to 27-28 max. For naps I swaddle him in the big Aden & Anais blankets (I found the bamboo ones are a little larger and stretchier than the ones form Target).

Dd loved this and loved being swaddled. Like pp said they don't make it in any other sizes. I guess they assume the baby will be rolling over by the time he's in a size L.

This was the only way we could swaddle my DD without her getting out. Best thing ever!!!

Same situation here. DS is a BIG boy. hes 4.5 months and at least 26 inches, 19 lbs. I tried to put him down one night without the swaddle and it was a nightmare.
Soon, I will have to sew these things myself!
