Sex of the baby
When we finally get our BFP's... and the time comes where you can know the sex of your baby, do you want to know?
I don't. DH Does, but he has no choice but to wait until He or She is born 
I've been at the hospital for so many family & friends when they were having their babies and I have to say it's even more exciting when you don't know.

Yes, i want to know - im ocd and need to be prepared with the nursery, clothes etc. It has to be an amazing surprise not to know til delivery though!

DH says he'll find out and just alternate saying he and she.

We've been going back and forth with this. He wants to know, so we can prepare the nursery, but I don't because I want everyone to experience the " its a ..." moment in the waiting room and we want to register for gender neutral items so that way we can reuse them if we have another child.
What we've come up with is we're going to find out, but not say anything to anyone. Im really not a fan or pink for a girl/ blue for a boy. Plus, I want that element of surprise for my family. I plan on having DH walk out recording everyone's reactions

We didn't find out with our DD and it was the MOST amazing moment EVER when she was finally born and we found out after all those months that we now had a DD. It was magical. I LOVED the suspense and I loved the surprise!! When we get pregnant again we will be Team for sure!

DH wants to know but I don't. I say now that he could find out if he wants and just not tell me but I don't know how i'll feel about that when the time comes.

we are in agreement, we don't want to find out.
When my sister had my niece they did not find out the sex ahead of time and it was one of the most exciting moments of my life when we found out. Here's the story...we were very lucky....waiting outside of LIJ, 11 at night...we were standing outside of the hospital smoking a cigarette (I've since quit smoking!  ) , looked up and noticed my sister's delivery room was the only one w/ the curtains open!! We knew it was her room b/c we noticed my brother in law's shirt lol!! (she was on the 3rd floor so it wasn't like we could see anything going on!). We yelled "ANTHONY" and he turned and saw us down on the ground. When my niece was born the nurse wrote ITS A GIRL on a sheet of paper and my brother in law held it up in the window, it was literally the minute my niece was born....and I have it all on video tape  one of the best moments of my life, I love my niece to pieces and my sister cherishes that footage (and omg just reciting this story almost has me in tears right now!!)....obviously I'm not expecting anything like that for our first child....but regardless it will be so much fun to wait and have this beautiful surprise

we were going to be team green but with the meds my hemo does not think i can get a epi so my choices were natural or c sec under...if i go under i will find out bc it kinda takes away the surprise

When i was pregnant with DD i wanted to know but DH didnt so i agreed to wait. It was honestly the best surprise of my life. Everyone guessed that i was having a boy and i just had a feeling it was a boy. We really didnt decide on a girls name because we were so convinced...well we were shocked when i gave birth to a girl. When the Dr said "shes perfect" we were like SHE??? It was awesome. And when DH went into the waiting room and told everyone "Its a girl" everyone was shocked but all said the look on his face when he got to announce the news was priceless. I will definately be team again.
On a side note all of my friends and family were annoyed my whole pregnancy because they wanted to know...but too bad

I think that we don't get enough "Good" surprises in life and this is one you can give yourself, DH and entire family.

I think we'd both want to know - I'm a planner and I think it would drive me nuts if I don't know hah. But a part of me thinks it might be fun to be totally surprised.
