Lovenox girls come in

So I just had my 12 wk NT Scan and because of some blood work I have to go on Lovenox. I was on it for a while when I was trying to get PG with DD because of a history of losses and a prothrombin gene mutation, but wasn't on it this time because the pregnancy was not planned. I was just taking baby asprin like I always do. Anyway, today I was told my PAPPA protein is low and that combined with all my other issues and history means I have to start doing Lovenox. So please refresh my memory on the best way to give the shot. Pinch the skin? Straight in? Rub after?

Pinch the skin. 45 degree angle inject slowly and do not rub after. It will burn but only for a minute

i took it my entire pregnancy with jack. pinch skin and inject. do NOT rub after. I never really bruised though i've read that some people bruise badly.

if you look at the needle, one side is sharper than the other, i always inject with that side so insert the needle on an angle (does that make sense?)

Pinch skin, insert slowly ~ also the tip where the hole is (where the meds come out) should be facing up (my hemotologist told me it doesn't hurt as much when facing up, if this makes sense) Don't rub and I put little round band-aids so I remember what side I poke and rotate sides.
