Spinoff to feeling blah: SO EMOTIONAL! Kinda Long, srry

i am just a mess of emotions the last few days...starting around just before Christmas...I'm 34 weeks, so I guess it's normal, everything's coming to a head and I'm overwhelmed maybe?? I'm mostly emotional over DH though...

This week is my last "break" before baby comes, last non stressed time to spend w/DH before baby comes, and he has been working NON STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I mean don't get me wrong, it's great he's working for extra hours extra $, but i told him all I wanted for Christmas was time with him during the break...well Monday and Tuesday night he passed out right after dinner, tonight we're supposed to go to a friends for dinner and to see their new baby, well he just told me he has to cancel cuz he has to work late tonight since we are interviewing Ped's tomorrow, so now I don't get to see him tonight...so 3 nights so far and no time with DH

and tomorrow he's off, but we'll be stuck in Dr's offices all day........not exactly "quality time"

one of my Christmas presents is dinner and a comedy show on Friday evening...now I'm worried he's going to cancel that too since he is off thurs if he's going to have to work late...he SWEARS he won't, and won't cancel, but who knows...

I'm SO TIRED during work weeks, and we both fall asleep real quick, and don't get to spend much time together and im just so disappointed that this week is going to crap too...I've looked forward to it for so long, and I just keep crying about it......I feel like I need to get out of the house, and shop or do something, but refer back to the "feeling blah" post!!! LOL

I hear ya... Get up and go out. Once you're out, you'll like a million bucks! And once you've spent some money you'll feel like crap again but you'll have something to show for it.

Get off the couch put something comfy on and go get a mani and pedi. A little pampering always does the trick for me. I am sure your DH knows how much you have been looking forward to Friday and he wont cancel. Also remember you have Sat, Sun AND Monday so starting tommorrow that's 5 days with each other.

exactly!!!

im going to go get freshened up now, then head out to spend some $$, at least on things that I need...and I'm thinking of making SUSHI a part of this endeavor...all safe fish of course :)
