TMI...anyone else's boobs leaking yet?? LOL
OK so I am 34 weeks 1 day and I just found my nipples (mostly left, not so much right) to be LEAKING!!!!!!!!
and well, I guess leaking isn't the best word...the other day I noticed I had some dry skin on my nipple, which I thought "GREAT I'm not even BFing yet and the skin on my nipples' already dry!"
well so I just decided to "check" them out see if its still dry, and as I grabbed my breast and directed the nipple up to my eyesight (lol again, TMI sorry) I noticed beads of liquid coming out...like 7 or 8 beads...some clear, some yellowish. that was on the left side...
sooooooo, naturally, I just HAD to check if it did that on the right side!! but it was only like 1 bead...
is this normal to happen at 34 weeks???? I thought it wouldn't be til like a couple weeks left, if at all before LO comes!!!!

I have leaked a few times this pregnancy from about 26 weeks. I didn't leak with my first though, or at least didn't notice it. It is normal!

Totally normal. It's your breasts beginning to produce colostrum for your baby. With my first pregnancy, I started leaking around 26 or 27 weeks and leaked the whole rest of the pregnancy!

I don't think it's necessarily the NORM to be leaking...so I'm guessing it's totally OK not to!
I didn't think I'd have anything come out until LO arrives!!
I hope some other experienced prego's or BTDT moms can help ease your mind for the OPPOSITE of what I'm having

I am having 'sticky nips' LOL I am not leaking constantly, but occasionally when I take off my bra I have some residue. I also have dry patches on my nipples.

Nope, not a bad sign at all. It's just one of those pregnancy things that some women experience, some don't. It has no effect on anything either way. I actually leaked for about the last 3 months with my first pregnancy and not at all with my second!

Yup, completely normal. I had mine start at around 5 months (or 4, I forget). I have been wearing pads for weeks!

Not everyone leaks. I never leaked and had no supply issues. I EBF for over a year.
