Failed 1 hr glucose test
... and now I have to go for the 3 hour. I hated hearing that my results came back abnormal and now I'm worried. What are the chances I have GD? Anyone else who failed the 1 hr test... what was your experience? Thanks for sharing!

i failed the 1hr and passed the 3hr. i know many people who have failed the 1hr and passed the 3hr. its not abnormal all. all failng means is that you have to do further testing, it doesnt mean you have an issue.
one of my friends passed the 1hr and ended up having GD. we didnt know until after the baby was born because he was a 10lbs 12oz baby with glucose issues cause she wasn't treating GD. so the tests are by no means foolproof.

So many people fail the 1 hr and pass the 3 hr.
I did. I wouldn't worry until you take the 3 hr.

I know a lot of women who failed the 1hr, then passed the 3 hr, I did also!

I found out yesterday that I failed as well. Hopefully we both pass the 3 hour.
