Going braless at home.
I try to give the girls a break while alone upstairs and at night but I've been leaking like a faucet lately.
What have you all been doing?
Do I have to use nursing pads already?

Not sure how far along you are but my last pregnancy I started leaking at 20 weeks. I did end up having to use the nursing pads 24/7 from that point on.

I think it's an individual thing. I never leaked one drop when I was pg with DS! I BF him for a year, so it's def not an indication of supply.

Why don't you try nursing tanks-- they are more comfortable than wearing your bra, and you can get the pads to stay in there. I didn't leak last time, and doubt I will this time-- but I do LOVE having my bra off! So, get some cheapies that are tight enough to hold the pads in place, but still loose enough to be comfy.

My gf used to love lily padz instead of the disposable pads. I never really had a leakage problem, but I think it's something you can use with or without a bra. If that doesn't work I'd probably try a comfty sleep bra with the disposable ones.

I actually started leaking somewhere in my 4th month but then it stopped and now has come back with a vengeance!
For the time being I have put panty liners inside my bra  
I will have to look into the nursing tanks. I do have an old bra which I took the wires out of...maybe I will sleep in that.

Same here..I never leaked with #1 or #2..and havent leaked (yet) with this one (#3)
yet I BF for a year as well...
BUT my SIL leaked so much for a lot of her pregnancy she had milk from day one when her DS was born....never had to wait for her milk to come in..crazy..never heard of that before her!

I never leaked when PG with DS, and BF him for 7 months. My milk did take a few days to come in though.
I'm 22 weeks and haven't leaked as of yet. Bravado.com has nice washable nursing pads. Buy some sleep nursing bras for around the house. They are super comfy and hold in a pad pretty good.

im currently 8.5 weeks pp and bfing. I have not considered not wearing a bra to sleep for months. They were so uncomfortable while I was pregnant and now so tender and leaking. I bought 2 sports bras to sleep in from motherhood and that is what I wear around the house. The "sleeping bras" were not enough support.

I don't leak, however I am so uncomfortable without a bra now that they are HUGE, I have a few sleeping bras for night time.

I never leaked with my first pregnancy. This time around 16 weeks it started where I would take my bra off at night and it was damp!  It kinda grossed me out! I still have nursing pads leftover from nursing DD so I could always pull those out.

Please don't use the panty liners, they don't breathe like nursing pads and you can get an infection from it.
I started leaking at 18 weeks and wore a nursing tank and nursing pads to bed after that. I was not able to wear anything with a wire while BFing, I got clogged ducts from it.
