Do you wear your seatbelt?
I was in the car with someone recently (very young - 19) shall remain nameless  who does NOT wear her seatbelt. I cannot understand the stupidity here...
do you wear yours?

ALWAYS. If you don't put one on in DH's car, a reminder chime goes off like every minute.

Yes. Always.
Sometimes I get out of the car and realize I need to pull up or back a little more, so I hop in to do this and it feels so strange not to have a seat belt on for the 2 seconds it takes to do that.

Always...I got into the habbit when I was driving my younger sister..had to serve as a good example and it just stuck with me. I even got DH to make it a habbit.

Yes ALL the time...I can't drive without it on...its habit...insert key, seat belt on, radio on...I wear it to go to FH house - he lives a block away...I wear it when I'm a passanger also...

I have the same thing in my car. I thought it was very annoying at first but I think all cars should have it cause now even when I am in my sister's car who doesn't have the chime that goes off I ALWAYS automatically put it on.

Yes, always.
If someone in my car is not wearing their belt while the car is moving it will trigger a loud "ding" sound that after about 30 seconds gets faster and really obnoxious... It's a good idea.

Jake would have died 2 years ago if he didn't have his seat belt on- him and his freind rolled 2 times across 27 in the hamptons
and my sisters friend would have died also- he got creamed by a gravel truck
they we are only wearing seat belts b/c of my and my sister yelling at them

Always. I learned my lesson when I was 18. My car was hit on the driver's side by someone going at least 40mph, my car rolled and flipped about 3 times and landed upside down. I walked out without a scratch - though I ended up having a huge bruise on my collarbone from the seatbelt holding me upside down while I came to after the accident. The accident investigator told me I would have died if I hadn't been wearing my seatbelt.
When I met DH, he NEVER wore a seatbelt. Now he wears it all the time  You might say I had something to do with that

I feel very uncomfortable when I don't wear it, so I always do.
I had a bad sunburn a couple of weeks ago and couldn't wear it over my shoulder, so I put it behind my back, but i still had the lap part on.
