Peel and Stick Veneer for Kitchen cabinets?
We've been doing things ***-backwards in our kitchen. We got a great deal on solid surface countermtops last year so we did those first. Then we just did the floors a few weeks ago. Now we're left with horrible white laminate cabinets that need to be either replaced or updated. They're in decent shape but not very attractive. We priced out refacing but it was $6,000 and that's just not in the budget. We'd buy new cabinets but if we try to remove the counter tops, we may damage them and we also don't want to damage the floor. We saw some peel and stick veneer on a home improvement show and were thinking of doing that and just buying new doors.
Has anyone done anything like this themselves? Where did you buy the veneer?

I'm pretty sure that this is what the people before us did. The veneer has slowly been peeling off and just looks terrible. I can't wait to rip the cabinets out and gut the kitchen to be honest with you.
