Never have, never will. My dad was a narcotics police officer and would scare us with his stories of people doing drugs.

I used to smoke in college, I haven't in a few years, it just stopped appealing to me. I think this was because it was illegal, as I became an adult I did not want to somehow get in trouble with the law and have it effect my career/life.
Does not bother me if people smoke though I think of it like I think of drinking, okay in moderation.

Did it a lot when I was younger, high school/college...stopped a long time ago. Never really did anything for me, just made me hungry and tired.

Never have, never will. Not a fan of hanging out with those who regularly do it, either. I had one friend who her and her DH smoked all the time and we are no longer friends. I just can't relate to that.

i used to smoke heavily - several times a day, now i dont smoke at all, not even once a year. Stopped when we got engaged at the request of DH.

Ive done it in the past when I was younger, but I don't do it anymore because I can't risk getting caught with it but if it were legal I would probably smoke more often, but not all the time.
Its the same as alcohol to me. I wouldn't want to be drunk all the time or every night, just as I wouldn't smoke every night either if it were legal.

To answer for myself only -- if my employers/family/friends care that I tried weed back in junior high, I really don't give a rat's arse. It was about 25 years ago. But I assume you are speaking about people who still get high.....If I was, I probably wouldn't say so....

yeah, since I dont anymore - I dont care if people know what I did in college. If I still did, I wouldve answered the poll and left it at that....I agree.

This-
I really dont care that people know what i did many years ago- it was part of my past- not proud of it but not going to hide. At this point in my life if people are going to judge me by what I did in the 1970's and 1980's so be it.

I am curious as to why people share pictures of themselves and their kids but people do, to each their own.
I have no pictures here so unless someone is a crazy stalker wanting to follow all my post and figure out who I am (and believe me I am not nearly cool enough for that lol) no one would know it was me.

You would be amazed at what our executives talk about openly at work - even the CEO - and I work at a billion-dollar, very corporate, company.
