Can't stop crying over that little boy who was murdered in Brooklyn...
OMG... this just hit me to the core. Every time I see a picture of that poor, innocent kid... I lose it. I was crying my eyes out before in my DH's arms thinking about our little unborn baby boy and how I'm ever going to let my son out of my sight? I can't imagine what that poor mother is going through. She thought she was doing the right thing by giving into her son and letting him walk halfway home by himself for the first time - and look what happens. All because of some monster.
This is the kind of stuff that really scares me about becoming a parent.
Just had to get that out. What a world this is.

OMG I I KNOW.. My Heart I cant explain .. all day I just kept looking at my son and thinking that Poor Poor family... to think that a boy cant even walk 7 blocks from his camp to him home in a nice tight community safely OMG its so scary what is this world coming too???

This is soooo sad, it makes me never want to leave my children's side. It is such a scary scary world.. I feel horrible for this boy and his family

Exactly. I can't stop thinking about this poor innocent child asking someone for help that he thought he could trust and have that person turn out to be a monster. It's sick. It's scary. And it makes me never want to let my daughter out of my sight.

so tragic and I cannot stop thinking about this poor little boy and his parents. I think especially when these things hit us around pregnancy and as we become mothers we are so much more affected by them.

I was sobbing yesterday, sobbing. I was just saying over on parenting that last night, while DS was sleeping I went into his room, rubbed his back, gave him an extra kiss and said a little prayer to please keep him safe, teary all the while.
