Garden visitors today
Last year, I tried to get pics of these guys but they flew away too quick! They never stopped beating their wings, even when they were settled on the flowers, so that's why they kind of look blurry.

so pretty! We found black swallowtail caterpillars on a parsley plant last year. We gave them a home and watched the life cycle progress. Then we released them when they became butterflies. We had 2 males and a female. It was so interesting!
