OB's in the Stony Brook Area...
Hi guys! I'm looking to change OB's as I will be moving to the stony brook area (and working at stony brook hospital). I was wondering if you could recommend your OB's that deliver at Stony Brook.

Three Village Women's Healthcare in E Setauket. Which is about 5 mi nutes North of Stony Brook

I see Dr. Porte at Stony Brook OB GYN. Also really like Dr. O'Keefe in that practice. They have offices in E. Setauket, Rocky Point and Sayville. they deliver and are affliated with Stony Brook hospital.
Their E. Setauket office is at :

I go to Three Village Women's Health and they are great.
Dr. Porte actually ended up delivering my baby at Stony Brook and he was excellent!! Really nice guy. So I would say either practice is great.

I just started seeing Melissa Strafford from Stony Brook Obstetrics & Gynecology on Technology Drive. She is fantastic! She sat with me and answered all my questions about TTC and I didn't feel rushed or brushed aside, as I have in the past with my old dr.

I love Dr. Porte!! I used to go to Three Village and really liked them as well. They cover for each other's practices.
