Voting for Mia Rose because "Mia" and "Victoria" both end with the "-ia" sound, and I prefer it when the names sound more dissimilar.

Same here! Rose has ALWAYS been one of my favorite girl middle names and with Mia, I think it flows so nicely!

I love the name Mia!! If I have a girl, Ameila is my #1 girl name. (Call her Mia for short)
I like both middle names. If I had to pick Mia Rose

I have two friends that named their daughters Mia. One is Mia Carmen, and the other is Mia Simone. I like both your middle names also.

I voted for Mia Rose, I like the different endings vs 2 "ia" endings...
But I also figured I'd suggest what my SIL was going to name her 2nd daughter...
Mia Theresa
I always thought that was beautiful together...but her DH disagreed with Mia so she ended up Isabelle Theresa
Just a thought! All beautiful names either way

oo I think that is super pretty too!! definitely different, but very pretty, elegant was a great word for it...
