Congratulations!! I am due in February but I only had one appointment very early on and am going again in a week and a half.
This may be a personal question, that you don't have to answer, but around when did you conceive? I'm counting from the time I conceived and not from my last period. I get confused by the doctor because I thought that the baby would be inside for 40 gestational weeks and if they count from my last pd, it would add around 3 weeks from conception
I'm lost at this whole thing

LOL it is all kinda confusing...according to my LMP i conceived on May 11 and I'm due on 2-1-12...and when I went to the Dr I thought i was 9wk 1 day...but when they measured baby, they told me I was really 8 wk 3days so that means i was about 5 days behind that...
so now according to that news, they gave me a new due date of 2-6-12, and a new "conception" date of may 16th...i know the conception date really depends on when you happened to ovulate that month, but the babys size really helps to tell you exactly when it began to grow! not so much your LMP
and from what I've read, 40 gestational weeks is inaccurate, that is including the time between LMP and conception, which could be about 2 weeks...so technically baby only grows 38 weeks, but since there's no CERTAIN 100% way to be sure exact conception date, you count 40 weeks from LMP
