oh wow...the nausea is sooo bad
It hit me like a ton of bricks today and I have had my head in the toilet all day so far  Any suggestions to make it a little easier?

I was like that last week. I couldnt keep anything down not even a sip of water. All I can say is keep drinking even if it comes back up cause I landed myself in the ER with dehydration.
and if you can try something more just soup. My dr also said to take B6 and at night Unisom (yup the OTC sleep aid). I took the B6 and had some zofran from the hospital visit but after 2 days I went back to more normal MS.
