We started the process of trying to get our rate lowered last year and happy to report we found out we were approved by the underwriter and bank attorney. Paperwork will be over nighted after march 1st so YAY. Our interest rate is going down by over 3%.
Anyways We got to talking and the underwriter said things are so bad that some of the investors (banks etc) are chosing to hold on to the properties and rent them out. They are giving homeowners the option of signing over their properties and not even trying to find a sellerChat Icon
