i have to post this confession here
ugh. i wake up STARVING in the morning and my breakfasts are truly lumber jack sized. i feel so ashamed that i cant seem to control my appetite. so, i thought id post it here. kind of like going to confession. hah.
five eggo waffles
two eggs
five soft batch cookies
iced coffee
juice (lots)
not to mention the fact that today i am going to my parents for a bbq where i am sure the food frenzy will continue.

that all sounds soo good! the other day i woke up really hungry and i had a bowl of cereal and 2 pieces of toast and my hubby made fun of me for having 2 breakfasts. i did not consider that 2 breakfasts lol.

I have to tell you, I get that same type of craving when I wake up ...its severe BUT after the first 2 waffles, I would feel like my gut was about to rupture...LOL

WOW! 5 waffles is a lot! That's some sever hunger!! I would love some coffee and juice in the morning but it KILLS my reflux
