Anyone having issues w Chase bank?
Yesterday they called b/c someone was trying to make $3000 in purchases on my account and now I hear the same thing happened to my cousin 2 weeks ago.
Then I went to call b/c there is a fee that shouldn't be there and the phone line says
"we are experiencing longer than usual wait times to speak with a rep."

Does Chase bank issues you a card (debit or credit) from CitiBank? They just got hacked this week and alot of Customer's info was stolen, i have a Chase credit card that was issues by CitiBank and my info was compromised....

I don't think it was linked to Citi....but thanks for the info.....that might be why the phone lines are filled.
