I was told by my OB it's not. We're team
Everytime I go they ask what I'm having (depending on the OB I see) and I say we're not finding out.
It's usually while the Doc is looking over the chart.

I was told by my midwife that it was NOT. However, 2 weeks prior to delivery I was in L&D for a check and one of the docs said....looks like your boy isn't coming today  . When I told her I wasn't finding out the gender she tried to cover her tracks. I allowed it to work. Then, when I was in full blown labor, the nurse whose shift was ending said, "Enjoy your boy". I was so upset. The midwife working with me assured me that it was a mistake and that it's not written in the charts. However, they are professionals and can read sonograms. Be cautious and let your intentions be known every step of the way. Don't assume it's taken care of. When I deliver baby #2...I'm honestly posting a sign on my door that says "I don't know my baby's gender. Please help keep it a surprise". I don't care how crazy I look.

When I met with my Dr after my level 2 he told me: "Just to let you know, I don't know the sex of the baby. Only the sono tech knew when she was doing the sono. She doesn't write it down anywhere."
