Just hit myself in the abdomen
If I can even explain what happened it probably still won't sound rt, but I have a hard plastic drying rack in the dryer and I was pulling it out it came out easier than I thought and one of the points hit me in the belly. It still hurts (like a bruise) now when I touch it, I called my midwives they gave me the option to get chked out at the hospital, not sure what I should do, they didn't seem too concerned. Otherwise I can't get anyone to help me until Thursday in the office b/c tomorrow the residents graduate.

If you're very concerned got to the ER & get checked. If you feel baby moving around & you think maybe u just bruised your belly then wait. I think Baby is padded way better then all of us think. And can withstand more. But if you feel nervous about it. Go to ER

Re: Just hit myself in the abdomen
I am sure everything is fine. There is a lot of protection for the baby. If the midwives aren't too concerned I am sure it is no big deal, but if you would feel better than go get checked!
