first internal today
i was SO NERVOUS for it. a) i had heard it hurts b) i have hemorrhoids c) worried about the whole situation down below, if you know what i mean.
well, i just want to reassure everyone that it was SO not bad at all. the strep culture was quick and painless and even the checking of the cervix was just pressure and not pain. and good news, my baby is minus 2 station, which is quite low for 36 weeks the doc said. i am 30 % effaced. so yeah, just wanted to tell everyone who might be nervous like me not to fear. it really isnt bad at all!

So wierd I have had internals troughout my pregnancy..I am 24w had one at first sono, level 2, to check cervix etc.
Do some dr's not do them until 32w or something??

yea my first was yesterday at 36 w, aside from the very first one when i was like 5 w and that first internal sono at 7w
