Pins and Needles
Whenever I am in one position too long, which these days is on average 15 minutes, I start to get pins and needles. A body part is always falling asleep on me You can imagine how difficult sleeping is I asked my OB and he kinda just shrugged it off as normal.....so of course I have to ask here? Is this normal? Anyone else experiencing this?

happens to me ALL THE TIME!!
And now that my feet are so swollen they get dents that last for a LONG time. I have a bad habit of sitting on one foot... and when I do this for say 20 mins.. I have a dent for at least 30+ minutes!!

It's totally normal. Something about all the extra blood going to your uterus, so less of it makes it to your extremities.

I have been waking up every morning for the past few weeks with a numb right arm. My hand and fingers are so tingly and uncomfortable. My OB said it is carpal's tunnel most likely and if it gets extremely painful he will put me in a splint.
