so anxious
I literally had an anxiety attack this morning and was having trouble breathing.... TMI but I went to the bathroom and I think from straining I bled, I totally freaked when I saw the blood on the toilet paper. It was just so traumatizing to see that again after my m/c in December. I left work a mess, Im home relaxing on the couch now but it was just so scary for me
I have so much anxiety about having another loss and sometimes its so overwhelming. I feel so sad that I cant just relax and enjoy being pregnant like most women. (I know most people have some worry at some time or another but I worry almost all the time). I could not handle another loss, especially after making it this far, Ill be 18 weeks tomorrow.

you are not crazy! It really is so hard to enjoy being pregnant especially after having a miscarriage. There is a constant feeling of fear. You're not alone. Trust me. I think many of us feel this way. Hang in there. Relax today. Put your feet up. Did you call you OB? I would just to see what they say. Maybe then can get you in sometime today so you can feel better about this.

 I know it's scary. I actually spotted a little bit of pink blood a few weeks ago. I was sooooo anxious. I called my dr. I had an appt a few days after and my dr did a sono to make sure all was ok with my babygirl and it was.
Can you call your dr and see if he/she can let you come in to do a sono for peace of mind?

I didnt call my OB bc I thought he would think I was crazy, the blood is def coming from behind so I dont know if its even worth going in. It would def make me feel better to see or hear the baby today but i just feel weird asking for an appt, what would i say?

You are not alone.. believe me, I get so anxious as well.. take care of yourself. I don't know if you would get an appt. but relax and let the anxiety subside.

Call and say you saw blood. You can say youre pretty sure it was from behind but are nervous and see what your OB thinks.
If you're sure it's from your behind, maybe you have hemroids? I'm sure all is fine with baby, but call and see if they let you come in. When is your next appt?

I am sure everything is fine if it was coming from behind. Just try to relax!! If it happens again just call the OB to be sure.
