always take them off. i get mad when i'm wearing all of my clothes or my appointment is at a different time of day... i like everything to be consistent.
same here.. and the nurse never takes off a pound for clothes..  I don't need an extra pound or two!!

I don't take my shoes off but my office takes 2 lbs off for clothes and shoes and such. I also don't know how I would feel about my bare feet on the scale but that's just me!

not flip flops but any other shoe I do. The nurse normally takes about 3-5 lbs off anyway because of clothes.
