does your hubby not understand
Just about every day after work I come home and lay on the couch. During/after dinner is my witching hour, I feel like garbage - and every day my hubby asks me what is wrong with me. I know that he has no clue what is going on. Has anyone found any info for hubby so he understands all the symptoms, feelings, etc.
Thanks.

Oh my husband is the same way. He does not get it at all. I am finally starting to feel better since I started my second tri-mester but for a while I was not sick in the morning but was very sick after work until I went to bed. He just did not get it.

Yup, same here. He always complains that I don't do this and that, meanwhile I maintain the house, still do all the cleaning and run around after a 16 month old toddler all day and back and forth to school and with homework for our 7yo. I keep the house immaculate aside from when he's around messing everything up and he still doesn't get it. never mind the fact that I do all the dressing and bath's. He has only given the baby a bath once. I get that he works but so do I, 24/7 with 2 very active boys, one of which is going through his terrible 2's early and he still thinks that because the kids are in bed and asleep by 9pm, that I have all this "free time" and gripes if i get on the computer for 30 mins during the day.
yeah buddy and I am exhausted by 7 so at 9 I don't feel like doing anything but laying down, especially after a day of tantrums. HELLO I am growing another human being inside my body and she is taking all of my energy and patience....
Sheesh

Re: does your hubby not understand
He is pretty understanding for the most part. BUT, everytime I complain about a symptom he NEEDS to let me know that he ALSO has a headache, he ALSO is exhausted, his back ALSO hurts, etc.
It's very annoying.
ETA - Since it's so early still, and there are no real outward signs of being pregnant, it might not be as real to DH yet. I'm thinking that as you (and I) get further along he will be more sensitive to what we are feeling.

Re: does your hubby not understand
Mm ya, hubbys response during the first few weeks of my pregnancy when I was EXHAUSTED was "is it really possible to be tired, EVERY DAY".
Um, move over ladies, he's ALL mine!
