Another Induction Question
Does this happen in the L&D room....and if you go in the night before for the Cervadil does DH stay with you, or come back in the am??
Im scheduled for 1 for next week, and Im kinda freaked about it!
TIA
PS, any St. Charles Hospital induction experience would be awesome...

DH was allowed to stay the night, but I sent him home. I wasn't in a maternity room and there was no place for him to sleep so he went home.
Honestly, I think I am freakishly independent because the next day I was on pitocin for 12 hours and they decided to turn it off and start up the next day. I sent DH home that night too. He came back the next day when the started it up again and broke my water.

It took place in a L&D room. DH did not stay the night. He left after midnight after bringing me something to eat. There wasn't really a comfortable place for him to sleep and I wanted him to get some rest. The nurses gave me an Ambien to sleep. When I woke up in the morning they started the Pitocin and DH came back at that time.
