What I found
Can I have fried food?
Fried food won't interfere with your weight-loss efforts so long as it is not coated with batter and breadcrumbs or flour. However, given the choice, sauteing, grilling or roasting meat is preferable. Avoid anything barbecued because barbecue sauce is typically full of sugar. Dry-rubbed meats are fine, or look for roasted chicken. If there's a grilled-chicken fillet sandwich available, grab it! Discard the bun, and you've got a pretty good selection. Or, if necessary, scrape the breading off a fried chicken breast.

i dont know if they still do...
