Yes, it really opens up. I made sure before I bought it. It's HUGE! And it has nice deep pockets.

Sorry the pic is so bad, I had taken it with my cell at the store in bad lighting. It's a denim color blue with taupe handles. It fits alot and is comfortable on my shoulder!Image Attachment(s):

I am the same as you with designer bags. I ended up getting the kate spade stevie but returned it for this Marc Jacobs diaper bag. Mine is tan though. Found it on Zappos. I do agree with pp who said to get a large tote bag if you can't find a diaper bag you like. Image Attachment(s):

I have a Kate Spade messenger style diaper bag that I love, and I recently got an LV Neverfull GM that I use with a changing pad. It's worked out really well.

I had a REALLY hard time finding one I liked.
This is the one I have. Its OK. I'm still on the hunt for a better one. I do like it. For some reason I felt like I wanted to go a little more towards the plain side because of DS. I didnt want anything that looked girly. Plus my DH has to carry it sometimes and I didnt want him to feel weird lol. DH is a denim freak so I figured he would like this.
And its on sale now!

I did see an all black Tory Burch bag that I like a few months ago but I cant find it now.

DH said he would buy me one... but IDK which one I want... AND IDK IF I want an expensive diaper bag anymore... I kinda just want a really awesome camera instead (which would probably be a little more).

Kate Spade bag

Is this one small? or does it fit everything. I actually went to look at tory burch and was deciding on one of those too. The only thing with getting a regular bag is there is no place to secure bottles. I am BF, but if I pump and go I would want them secure. I dont know why this is so hard for me. Its jsut a bag.

Yes, I just registered for a changing pad at Babies R Us. And MK also had a matching pocketbook for me that just goes over your head and shoulder and is flat so it's comfortable to use with the diaper bag!

No & it comes with a longer strap. I love love love it. I looked around at many diaper bags & this was my fav. Some just arent big enough & then others that i loved were reg bags but they dont have the liner in it. So not baby functional. lol

Which one did you get? My mom got me a black one, but it only has mesh pockets inside and no other pockets and its really long.

This would be my advice. I bought a similar MK bag for DS1, and I bought the SkipHop Pronto changing pad for when he was an infant. Every bag labeled "diaper bag" that I had, never fit what I needed it to, and was not stylish at all....with the exception of Vera Bradley's diaper bag. That thing fits everything...lol!!!!
Go with a nice bag of your choice...designer, whatever. Just make sure it has a nice long strap tofit over the stroller, and isn't light tan and white fabric...lol...so that you can clean it, and you should be good to go!
Here is my MK...this fits everything!!!

It's a tote with draqwstring ties on the side. I bought it a few months ago and actually retired my Kate bc I love it so much.
