Kate Spade - Returns
Anyone have experience returning something to Kate Spade boutique?
My boss's husband worked for them and she gave me a really nice makeup bag for christmas. I used it twice and the zipper totally busted.
Normally I would say too bad but I know a friend who returned a 4 year old purse to Coach for total store credit, so it got me thinking that Kate would do the same?
Am I crazy? I would just want to even it exchange it for something similar that isn't broken since I do like it. For the cost she charges, things shouldn't break after 2 uses1
