NT results- need opinions, pls

my ob gyn just called. He said the results came back at 1:2,961, BUT hospital f$$d up my birth date and made me 6 years OLDER. so, if they had my correct birthdate, the chance would be smaller, right?

also, if you are in early 30s( i am 31, but will be 32 when LO comes), can you share your results and whether you did amnio/CVS?

Those are around the same as my results and I am over 35. They recommended against an amnio/cvs because the results were very good.

I would think if they correct your age, your results would be even better, right?

i opted out of the NT testing with this pregnancy, but with DS1 (I was 26), it was 1 in 10,000+.

I think your numbers are fine, no cause for concern

i think if put in your correct DOB, your numbers would be much different. Also, they took a drop of your blood as well right.. so I think you are in the clear.

What did your dr. say? They also do another test.. AFP at 15 to 16 weeks.. its another vial of blood.. and tests pretty much the same things.. so try not to worry..
