First time flying
We will be flying with DD (19 mos) for the first time in a couple of weeks. What did you do during take off and landing to help with their ears popping? Give them something to drink or suck on? Ear plugs? I just don't want her to be uncomfortable
Thanks

Re: First time flying
Both times I flew with my boys, I had stuff ready for them for take off & landing but both ended up falling asleep prior. We had no issues with their ears popping & they were not sucking on anything

Re: First time flying
I think my DS had his binkie and my DD had her sippy cup....but it wasn't like they had it during the whole take off and landing....and I dont remember having any issues!

Re: First time flying
My DS flew for the 1st time at 17 months and he was fine during take-off and landing. I tried to give him his paci but he wouldn't take it. I'd have a straw sippy/bottle ready just in case. They also sell these things you can put in their ears for take-off and landing. I bought them but couldn't get them to stay in his ear (he has tiny ears just like me though).

Thanks all.
I'll make sure she has something to drink and her paci (I know, I know ) just in case.

Re: First time flying
Well DD has always been on the breast or bottle every time we've flown so far... but if your DD isn't i'd try the sippy and maybe even bring a juice box as a treat to make sure she drinks/swallows on take off & landing.
