Holy Sciatica pain!
OUCH! OUCH! OUCH!
I've been dealing with sciatica pain on and off for about 6 weeks now and tonight for some reason it is unbearable!!!!
Actually, this is the most terrible pain i've felt since it started 6 weeks ago! 
I feel like everytime I move a different way, i loose my breath from the pain and I just can't get comfortable.
Oh how I wish it would just go away!!

I know!!!! My dr. recommended a yoga position called the pigeon. I haven't tried it b/c it has subsided and now I have carpal tunnel. Feel better!!!

It's the worst!!! I'm sorry you're going through this. For me, I've found a heating pad, 2 Tylenol really help. Also doin some hip flexor exercises alleviate the pain!

Mine started yesterday. can t get comfortable and its keeping me up. I had it before I got PG and its started back in full force. Ouch.

I highly recommend getting a massage. I have been doing 30 minutes massages, twice a month and it has helped so much.
I go to Lighthouse Wellness Center on Hempstead Turnpike and Susan is a miracle worker, she targets the nerve and relieves so much pressure.

Thanks so much ladies.
The pain has let up a little thanks to tylenol but it still hurts! and i have a feeling it's only going to get worse as she gets bigger!
may look into a massage or two!
