First RE Appt tomorrow!
Hi girls... well we were finally persuaded by my gyn and DHs urologist to go to an RE. Our first appt is tomorrow.
Somehow, I'm still hoping to conceive naturally... Even knowing it's not possibly going to happen naturally (4% chance) I still am hopfeul duirng every 2WW.. it's so cruel. 
Im ready for this challenge to be behind me and for DH and I to focus on other goals... I guess the only way for that to happen is with assistance.
Anything I should expect for my first appt tomorrow?

Lots of luck to you!!!
While it was a difficult decision to make, seeking the help of a RE was the single best decision I made in the TTC process. I left my first appointment feeling a little overwhelmed, but also HOPEFUL for the first time in a year and a half.
Depending on where you are in your cycle, there may be bloodwork and possibly and internal exam (ultrasound) to check follies/lining/etc.

My first appointment was last month and they drew a lot of blood. I'm going back Friday for my follow up.

Good luck Cathy! I think it depends where you are in your cycle, but at my first appointment they gave me a sono (I was a week away from O).

good luck to you! at my first appointment I had a lot of bloodwork taken and of course about an hour consult with the doctor. also wanted to let you know, I was so down when I decided I needed to see an RE but after our first appointment meeting with the doctor I had renewed hope!

Good luck! At our first appointment we mostly just spoke, and they did an internal sonogram and pelvic exam. Depending on where you are in your cycle, they may do bloodwork, as well. I hope you leave there feeling excited and optimistic!

Thanks you so much girls!!! It was definitely a tough decision. And one we've put off for a while.
TTC can be a draining process if it doesn't happen quickly. IF or no IF. I think once I learned that it's not in my control at all... It kind of takes the pressure off.
Your feedback is always so much appreciated.
