Endless or Zappos?

I ordered one pair of shoes from endless.com and one from zappos, just based on where I found the shoes first.

Both stores carried both shoes for the same price. Endless has free overnight shipping. Zappos gave me free ground shipping (4-5 days).

What's your experience been in terms of customer service? Are they both the same? Is one better than the other? I don't usually order shoes online so I'd like to be better prepared next time

they both have excellent customer service. i tend to go with endless because they run better promotions, plus you get 12% back on ebates. right now, they are running a 20% off promo.

I never shopped endless.

But I have shopped zappos many times. TOP NOTCH customer service. No problems with returns. Free shipping to return also and up to 1 year to return shoes that you did not wear. They have upgraded me to overnight shipping many times depending on how much you buy/frequency of purchases.

I find that their reviews are fairly accurate on shoes also.

I shopped at both before and had great experiences. I liked Endless because I got the shoes the next day and when I had to return them it was very easy. I've never had to return to zappos so I'm not sure about that

See if you can sign up (for free) for a Zappos VIP. I did it when it was first available and now I get free overnight on everything!

I love both sites, no complaints on either!

It depends, I've gotten shoes free from Zappos, that's how good customer service is.

zappos always upgrades me to free overnight shipping, like 1 hour after I order, its so bizarre.

Endless is amazon.com ... and well they will give great promos to try to steal a piece of zappos market, so take advantage! Lots of promos going on now.

I hardly ever use Endless. Zappos is my go-to for everything and I always get free overnight shipping.

I tend to shop Zappos more often (I'm a VIP there), but I use Endless almost as much. (I actually have Zappos open in another tab because I'm doing more shopping there. )

Both are great. Been using Zappos for close to 10 years now. Being a size 12, they've made it easy for me to find decent shoes! I've been recommending them to people for years!! I feel like Endless doesn't get much inventory in my size...their selection is more limited.

Oh..and I love the Zappos app for the iPhone.

I never used endless but Zappos has AMAZING customer service. Just recently I ordered a pair of shoes for DD. The shoes had small beads on them. First day of wearing, the beads started breaking off. Not only is Zappos allowing me to return them already worn but they are giving me $20 off my next purchase. Taking them back alone would have been fine with me (esp with free delivery and free returns). I have always been extremely pleased with them and I buy ALOT of shoes from them.

I saw zappos on tv once for being such a great place to work...and I've had great experience with them

I like endless though too...I once ordered shoes from them on a FRIDAY NIGHT at 6pm...got them the next morning, for FREE!

I love them both and normally prefer zappos but I always check to see if Endless has what I want because I can use Ebates with Endless and get cashback.
