What a relief!!!!
We officially closed on our house in Syosset today.
After this very long year, we are finally going to be able to breathe easier.
The new owners are a young couple with a baby on the way. It reminded me how we were when we were first time home buyers. I hope they have as much joy as we did in the house.
I wish everyone out there who are selling their houses good luck with the process...

Congrats!!! Even though my old home was a very easy sale, it was still nervewracking so I can imagine how great you feel!
