as im laying here on the beach...
It just dawned on me when I went to flip over... How the heck do I get sun on my back?! Are pregnant women everywhere destined to have white backs and backs of legs during the summer??? Lol

Most pregnant women are not supposed to be laying in the sun for extended periods of time....you can get over heated VERY easily

I was just in Florida last week and I burned so much quicker. Please be careful, pregnancy does some weird things to your body & this is one of them unfortunately.

I have been sitting out in the sun all week, but for only an hour each day. Unfortunately I am completely white on the back side too, but I wanted to at least have some color on my face. I would say to dig a hole and you should be ok. But please make sure you stay hydrated while out in the sun!

I can not imagine laying on a beach right now. I overheat in my office! But enjoy it! Def wear sunscreen and stay hydrated.

Enjoy! I layed out and was at the beach the day before I went in for my C-sec. (with twins) in July.
I just sat in a chair and didnt flip. No one was going to see my backside for a while, lol and def not my belly (which was cov'd)
As long as you stay hydrated, you will be fine.

Dig a hole! My mom is a total beach bum like me and she said up until giving birth to my brother who was born in the summer she'd just dig a big hole.... so you couldn't see her belly (she was one of those ******* who was skinny everywhere elsel lol) and then when she'd stand up everyone around her would do a double take lol
