How much do you drink in a day?
I feel like I don't drink enough. at the beginning I was so thirsty that I couldn't drink enough water, now I'm turned off by a sip of water. I drink lots of drinks and try to keep it light but I feel like I'm not drinking enough
how much do you drink a day?
how much are we supposed to drink a day?
I drink a minumum of 5-16.9 oz bottles of water with lemon in it or a little bit of lemonade mix or half juice half water

At least 5-6 10 to 12 oz glasses of water at work during the day.
A cup or two of coffee
Glass Milk at night

I just started drinking enough per day. I'm pregnant with Twins, so my doctor advised me to drink at least 2 liters per day, so I drink about 6-7 Bottles of water per day.
Try drinking the water with a straw. It seems easier to get down.
Put a lemon or strawberry in it for flavor.

I drink about 5 16.9 oz bottles of water a day also. I think that's plenty. Today I am drinking way more since I had a lot of salty food over the weekend.

My Dr. wants me to drink 1 gallon (128 oz) of water a day!  That's a little over 6 of my 20 oz water bottles. I'm probably drinking closer to 100 oz most days.

i drink 2-3 liters of water a day.
i try to drink lots and lots because my swelling has been soo bad

I think I drink close to a gallon of water a day (but i love water), plus 6-10oz of coffee, plus 8oz OJ, and 12 oz of milk...

Eeek I definetly don't drink enough! Maybe 4-5 bottles of water a day. with an occcasional cup of coffee a day.

im awful, i never was a drinker before. i only like to drink something with my meals so i basically am drinking 8oz of water with breakfast and another at lunch and usually a bigger glass at dinner and thats about it

Not enough! Maybe 60 oz? I really need to drink more, but until it gets all hot and summery I just have no desire! Sometimes I just chug a glass cuz I know I need to!

during the week its easier. i drink at least 2 34oz water bottles (closer to 3) plus a glass or two of milk and a cup of coffee. I find it to be more difficult on the weekends and Im sure i shouild be drinking more then bc i know I eat waaaaay more sodium on the weekends.

In the beginning, regular water just wasn't cutting it, so I added lemon.
Then I switched over to seltzer b/c THAT was what I wanted.
Now, I have 1 cup of coffee in the am along with a glass of OJ, then ICE water all day long. I just keep filling my glass, so I don't really know how much I am taking in.

me too..I drink a lot more at home though--well I chug a few glasses at home when I realize how little water I drank at work

I drink 12-16 oz of coffee in the morning, sometimes 8 oz of juice and then 64 oz of water (give or take a few oz) thereafter. I thought I was drinking so much I'm going to float away but I'm not on par with some of you ladies at all. I better step up my game.
To the OP: I find if I put cucumbers or lemons and limes in the water, I'm more likely to drink it.
