About the name Laila Jade?
I think this might be  definite name. My husband refers to her as Laila all the time now. heheh

How are you pronouncing Laila? Like Lay-la or Lie-la? Just curious if it's the way I'm thinking in my head or not.

It's pronounced Lay-lah :)
I prefer the spelling Laila over Layla though.
I do like Lyla too though.

I have friends whose daughters are Kyla and Kayla and I like Laila a lot!
