stressed while preggo

anyone have any advice on how to deal with stress during pregnancy? I am almost 7 months preggo right now and dealing with a large amount of stress.
All of the things that are causing me stress are out of my control yet they are taking a toll on me. I am nervous this is not good for the baby.
How do you girls de-stress?

I'm not sure if this will help, but I try to prioritize what's important. For example if something bothers me at work, I just remind myself that in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter.. and I try to not dwell on things too much that aren't worth it.

I am always stressed with work and it is really hard for me to ease that stress as well. My blood pressure has been high often which is not good and I am often concerned with how all of it impacts LO. I try my best to let things roll off my shoulders and constantly remind myself that all that matters is LO. All of my friends with children tell me that once that baby is in my arms I will look back on all the things that I put so much emphasis on and see that they mean nothing in comparison! I try to remember that and make sure I decompress after work by talking to DH about whatever went on....just talking to him helps me and I automatically feel better!

I have a lot of stress at work and my doctor said it won't impact the baby. Sometimes I work 13 hour days plus a 3 hour commute and he still said that the stress won't impact the baby. He said it is bad for me though!
