in contract!
A few weeks ago I posted that my RE attorney was MIA. Thankfully, he wound up getting back to us and last week we got everything signed and now, I am very happy to report that...after weeks of waiting...DH and I are in contract to purchase our first home 
I know this is silly but...I can't wait to see the yellow "pending" symbol next to the house on listingbook
