Re: robe and slippers for hospital

I opted for a sweater and flip flips instead and brought socks for sleeping.

Re: robe and slippers for hospital

I'm bringing a short light weigh robe. It is white so I hope it doesn't get yucky. I'm also going to bring flip flops too. They're good to walk around. I have to get a cheapy pair to wear in the shower too.

I brought slippers and a rob. I used both. My DS was unexpectly in the NICU my whole hospital stay and it was on a different floor so I lived in my slippers....I couldn't imagine walking through the hallways in my socks.

I'm planning on bringing a robe and slippers. I wear it at home, so it's nothing unusual for me.

Re: robe and slippers for hospital

I brought both and used both.

I liked having the slippers instead of socks because I didn't want to put my feet on the bed while wearing the dirty socks or have to take them off everytime I wanted to lay down.

So the slippers were much easier. I threw them out before I left the hospital.

The robe was short terry cloth & was nice to have after I got out of the shower. I don't like to be dressed in my clothes while I do my hair or put make-up on. I wear my robe when I do this.

I also brought flip flops for the shower - threw those out as well before I left.

I brought both and used both.

I has a robe that came with a nursing nightgown. The slippers I brought an older pair and used them. I liked them so much better than the socks the hospital gives you. I then tossed them before leaving to come home...
