totally freaking out...UPDATED
i have my NT scan (12 weeks today) at 3pm and I seriously can't stop freaking out.
I mean the whole NT scan thing is scary, but that's not even what I am most worried about. I haven't seen the babies since 10weeks and have had a bunch of cramping since then. Even though the dr. said the cramping sounded normal, I keep thinking I am going to get bad news about one/both of the babies at this appt 
To make it worse...DH couldn't make it bc of an important thing at work. My sister was supposed to come but then had no one to watch her kids. Sooo I am going alone which doesn't help my anxiety.
ahhhh let's just hope I don't pass out before I get there
update:
the appt was amazing!!! Both babies looked great and had strong heartbeats! They were so cute Baby A didn't wanna cooperate at first and kept flipping around...he/she is gonna be my wildchild . The sono tech was great and finally got the measurements and some pics of baby A. Baby B kept posing the whole time. Ahhh I love my little beans I feel bad DH couldn't go bc he would've loved it.
All the measurements looked normal...just have to wait for bloodwork results from the dr.
I go back in 4 weeks for an early anatomy scan so i should be able to find out genders!!!

I was so afraid of it that I very nearly didn't do it. Trust me, you will be really very happy that you did. The images that you get to see of your baby(ies) are amazing and not something you should miss.
Best of luck, but I'm sure everything will be great.

sending good thoughts your way. try not to stress because there is nothing you can do to change anything...so just take a few deep cleansing breaths and think happy thoughts

You are FINE. You have still had nausea, I'm sure that belly is still growing, and you need to relax!! You will be fine, I promise! The cramping is NORMAL, you have TWINS!!!
You are going to see those little babies, here those heartbeats and all will be right with the world 
Make sure you come on and tell us how things went!!!

You sound exactly like I did a week ago before I went to my NT scan. I was freaking out! When the ultrasound tech asked me how I was doing I started hysterically crying! I was so completely overwhelmed and emotional.
And in the end, everything went well! I've been cramping since the beginning and everything was fine. Stay positive!

everything will be fine.. don't worry.. I was crazy worried this morning for mine, but it all worked out.. I;ll be thinking about you.. come and let us know how it went

Im sure everything is fine! I remember being very anxious before each appointment as well.. 12 week sono was the most amazing one for me (even better than 20 week). You will actually see the babies moving around! ITS SOOOO COOL!!!! Enjoy it! Cant wait to hear about it!
