Another April Mommy gives birth~!
Well I had baby #2 on 4/19 via scheduled c/s. We were team green the whole time as we were with my first....And the moment they said Its a boy . I remembered why I love being team green...there is NOTHING like that moment!.
Anyway, I delivered at St. Catherines and was scheduled to have a 3:30 c/s however all the planets aligned, was there a full moon too? Not sure but there were 10 births at hte hospital that day, so I was pushed back ALOT. But the staf was great and even called me at home so I didnt have to spend HOURS at the hospital just waiting! So I finally had DS at 8:40pm. And he is amazing--
All 9lbs 8oz and 21.5 inches of him.
My second c/s was so different than my first...
Different Drs.
Epi vs spinal
etc.
But I feel wonderful. I had DS on Tuesday night and came home on Friday afternoon. The most discomfort I am having is from the Wooping cough vaccine I got on Friday!
My DS (who is 3y3m) is IN LOVE with his brother. He cried every time he had to leave the hospital. He literally had the nursing staff feeling so sorry for him as they thought he was sad about leaving me, you know his MOM, but no he cried every night leaving because he had to leave his baby brother and didnt want to. He knew every day at 12:00 and 6:00 he got to see him and would literally be jumping up and down to see/hold/kiss him. I knew he would be in love but I never anticipated this reaction from him!
I havent downloaded any pics from my camera in days but just wanted to write a quick update.
