I am trying to figure out if we should up our numbers and if so, to what.

Can you also share your annual premium?

Thanks!

Condo coverage can vary since it covers, personal property mainly and some bldg coverage.

Main part is the personal property so try to assess if you had to replace everything you bought into the condo, what it would take.

They can also assess it by sq footage...to get an idea.

We pay $300 a year for landlord coverage- our renters have renters insurance for their personal items.

I believe I used to pay about $260 for my co-op when I owned it (used Traveller's for it). It was a 750 sq ft unit

I was paying approx. $400/year for condo insurance, but the condo is an 1,800, three-story townhouse, and that premium included some very expensive jewelry, china, crystal, electronics, and fur.

ETA - Traveller's.

Between 250-300 for my 800 sq feet condo. Also w/ Travelers Insurance.
