Please without drama....I need some insight about vaccines b/c I'm a little confused

I'm so confused about all these different studies that have come about about vaccines and their link to autism. I feel like I've been reading so much back and forth data about whether or not the evidence is valid.
Here's my thing....DS is 11 months old. He's had all his shots on schedule with the Dr's office. He's shown no signs of any issues from any of the vaccines. But WHICH vaccines are in question? I know that I've heard things about the dtap but I'm pretty sure he's gotten a few doses of that already (I have the copy of what vacc's he's gotten at home so I dont have it on me right now). What age do children seem to exhibit issues from the dtap? In other words if he's already gotten some doses so far...and has had no reaction to it....is it ok to continue?
And what about the MMR? I believe that is given once right? I hate to sound like an idiot but the more I read about these things the more confused I get. I guess my main question is what vaccines should I be concerned about and at what age would you notice any issues? Is it years later or immediately?

Check out Dr. Sears book. He explains alot of this and I agree with his thoughts on it all. All vaccines vary re issues associated with them.
