Yellow Top Farm- Smithtown
Anyone know anything about the Yellow Top Farm subdivision in Smithtown? Are the taxes high, property size, privacy, etc? Any insight or info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Beautiful. I considered looking there. Gorgeous homes. But it's close to such a busy road and I also heard they had water issues in there. Not sure if it;s true but what I heard.

I have seen a few of their listings on listingbook and I think they have .30 to .35 acres and the taxes were 13,500. Don't know much else...
